The Toshiba Qosmio Notebook

The Toshiba Qosmio Notebook with Intel® Centrino® Duo Mobile Technology is a great mix between work and play and features a very large 106 BGF hard drive and a built in tuner. It also features a Multiformat DVD±RW/CD-RW drive with double-layer support records up to 8.5GB of data or 4 hours of video using compatible DVD+R DL and DVD-R DL media; also supports DVD-RAM and Intel® Centrino® Duo mobile technology with interrelated Intel® Core™ Duo processor T2400, Intel® 945PM Express chipset, Intel® PRO/Wireless 3945ABG network connection (802.11a/b/g) and extended battery life capability.

The laptop has a 17" WXGA+ active-matrix TFT-LCD widescreen display with Ultimate TruBrite technology and 1440 x 900 resolution and its QosmioPlayer provides quick access to CD/DVD launch and TV viewing; pause live TV for 1 to 5 hours. Like many of the other Toshiba laptops that have launched this year, the Toshiba Qosmio Notebook features the Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 operating system.
If you have a high budget, this may be a good laptop for you as it will set you back over $2200.
